Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser Success

The 3rd annual Spaghetti dinner fundraiser was a big success. The final tally isn't in yet but the sell out crowd, great food, VIPs and extraordinary auction items made for an awesome night. More pictures to come.

Spaghetti Dinner

This Saturday February 18th is the 3rd annual Baldy Racers Spaghetti Dinnner and Silent Auction. There are still tickets available from the Mt Baldy ticket office and from racers and parents. We have two special guests attending, Nigel Cooper, Program Director for BC Alpine and Brent Baker, Owner/Partner of Mt Baldy Ski Corporation. There will be plenty of auction items, with a few of them having significant collector/historical value. Don't miss it!

Mt Baldy Nancy Greene Zone Race

On February 5th Mt Baldy Racers hosted the South Zone mountains (Big White, Crystal and Apex) for a Nancy Greene race A.K.A "The Cupcake Race". The format was dual slalom on Tennings trail with hard snow and challenging terrain. There were many fast times as racers pushed the limits of their ability. Everyone had two chances to post their best time with the dual format. This gave racers an extra incentive to go for it which showed in their results.

The race was incredibly well organized and many thanks go out to the parents, volunteers and Mt Baldy staff who made the race an incredible success.

Our Mt Baldy Racers  had many successes through the day, but mostly the kids had a ton of fun. Full Results will follow but here's a listing of the Baldy Racer placings: (Gold , Silver, Bronze)
